Website visuals will be developed until the client is happy to sign them off. Once signed off we will then start the build process. We will design this completely from scratch based on your requirements and the best user experience.

Brief: Build website based on visuals supplied. You will have access to most parts of the website so you can edit, change and add new content as and when you wish (or just to the bits you want access to). The website will be fully mobile responsive.

Images are to be supplied by the client and as high resolution as possible. I can source images from shutterstock of necessary.

Property Plugin: after speaking to the company that make the plugin your site currently uses they are confident that the search by location functionality can be achieved. The following was my email to them: l'm looking at purchasing the pro version of Real Estate Manager. I'm wondering is it possible to run searches by location. So for example if you typed into the 'simple search' field "Manhattan" it would show all the properties in "manhattan" - but if there were no properties in manhattan it would return the nearest other available properties?" - and their reply "Hi Lloyd, We can provide you with a solution to do that. Please contact our support forum after the purchase and we will implement this functionality on your site free of cost." - I emailed again asking a couple more questions but based on that I would build the site using the same plugin to keep time down in transferring all the data over to the new site.

Appointment bookings: We will integrate an appointment booking system provided by - the free version of this app has enough functionality built in to achieve your goals. The calendar syncs with your Google calendar and lets users book appointments based on your availability. After a user submits their request, you both receive an email to confirm the appointment and it pops it into your Google calendar. You can set time slots, days and more to help direct your availability.

Hosting & Maintenance

After the website has launched from the 1st of the following month hosting and maintenance will be charged at £24.99+VAT per month.

The website will be backed up daily over a 7 day rolling period. Maintenance includes Wordpress core updates, plugins and theme updates. The servers we use are faster than the normal servers you get via a hosting company. We also focus on optimisation throughout the year to keep Google happy.

So the total cost for the website design & build would be £2640+VAT. (Based on 12 days work. x3 days design, x9 days build, seo & launch).

Invoices are usually split with half due upfront and final payment due on completion.
